No other company takes the regular protection of real estate sales associates as seriously as Ashby & Graff® Real Estate.
Other companies often only cover injuries at your office. Ashby & Graff Real Estate’s Open House and Showings coverage extends coverage to injury and property damage that may occur during open houses, showings or other selling activities.

Set Yourself Apart from the Competition with Our Seller Protection Plan
Want to get the best new listings and stand out from the competition?
When you join Ashby & Graff® Real Estate, you and your client both get reliable Real Estate Errors and Omissions coverage. With the Seller’s Protection Plan (SPP), each homeowner who lists with you can get at least $25,000 in home sellers insurance E&O coverage. This protects them in the event that a disgruntled buyer comes back and files a claim after the close.
Uninsured sellers who are sued by buyers often respond by suing their agent. But when they are protected by our seller’s E&O, that risk is eliminated.
With the SPP, your sellers are protected from disgruntled buyers for 180 days from close of escrow, and can extend the term for an additional 180 days.
And with the purchase of a qualified home warranty, you can increase the seller’s E&O coverage by up to $50,000.You can share the benefits of the Seller’s Protection Plan with your clients at your initial listing meeting. Explain that your broker provides E&O insurance coverage to protect them in case something goes wrong after the sale (even though it’s highly unlikely)
This value-added benefit gives you a competitive edge and will help you get more referrals and listings!
